The interiors are designed with a sleek, soothing European feel, incorporating the highest-grade surfaces and finishes.

The exterior of the building promises to stand out amidst the sea of uniform structures popping up throughout the city. With rusted metal siding blending seamlessly with painted stucco panels and black, burned Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood, it creates a signature look that will catch the eye of anyone traveling down Hawthorne Boulevard. The building is perfectly positioned between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and leafy side streets filled with residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years.
The interiors are designed to evoke a sleek, soothing European feel, featuring the highest-grade surfaces and finishes.
