Old but well kept. Front desk person at check in was ok but not helpful. Morning desk person was great. Shuttle was prompt pm and am.

The phone wasn't plugged in and all of the buttons had been removed, the plugs in the lamp didn't work, the refrigerator didn't keep our food cold

Good location to airport. Safe parking lot. Desk clerk not helpful as seemed distracted and gave poor instructions on how to access building from parking lot. I was annoyed and dissatisfied as the only customer in lobby.
