Even though the lobby is big, nice and clean but the rooms are old and carpet smells. Property is located in a central part close to all tourist attractions BUT it is also very close to social services which means there were too many homeless people all around the property.

The Hoxton was perfect for our needs. I do want to point out Portland has a city-wide homeless problem (our hotel area included)
