Great location, and parking easy and inexpensive compared to downtown. Pet friendly so if you want quiet, ask for non-pet floor. Staff very nice and accommodating.

This was emergency prolonged stay due to numerous storm related power outages in area. We were one of many in this situation. Staff was good,.. mgmnt not so much..seemed many young Indian staff in training had trouble with systems & protocols..

It was horrible experience the carpets were dirt had poop on the carpets and it’s smell bad !! And there was a lady with so bad attitude screaming at the staff and she was so rude to my daughter who asked a question! We will never go back there

Just what we needed on short notice
We booked on short notice due to an extended power outage and need for warmth and electricity. We were pleasantly surprised to find a room after our first booking was oversold and cancelled, then arriving to a nice lobby, very friendly and helpful staff, and a clean and comfortable room in downtown for under $100.
