Recently updated home in the heart of beautiful Old Orchard Beach. In town lot with convenient off street parking, a back yard, and many fun and exciting amenities within walking distance away. The beach is .3 miles away and a short 5 minute walk.
High End Appliances, flat screen TV'S, backyard space to enjoy, everything is within walking distance away.
The wine rack next to the couch is available for use. Anything on that rack is free game. So if you would like to take/leave behind a bottle please feel free!
Also there is a guestbook set out. Please feel free to sign it and leave a note about your stay so other guests can learn from your stay!

Great house, super location
We had a lovely stay. Its a comfortable home in a super location, a 2 min walk to the main street and 5 mins to the beach. The ground floor level of the house, living area, bathroom and 2 double rooms are fabulous however I felt the bedroom in the basement wasnât up to the same level. The fire pit out the back is a nice feature as is the outdoor shower for washing all that sand off! James was very responsive throughout our stay.

Great location in Old Orchard Beach!
This was a lovely home with updated appliances and well maintained. My only problem was that it only had one bath, which was difficult for four people. The home can sleep TEN people.

A wonderful place to unwind and relax.
We had a wonderful time in Old Orchard Beach. This home was very comfortable and welcoming. It was very well stocked with all the staples, and the owner is only minutes away if you have questions or concerns. The location is great: a short walk to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood in Early Oct. The building and grounds are well kept and clean.
Thank you, James, for a lovely place to have our reunion. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Summertime bliss
We recently rented this beautiful home and loved it! It's within walking distance to Just about anything you want to do at OOB! The place is spotless and beautifully decorated! We had 6 kids and 4 adults during our stay (the open wine rack came in VERY handy!!) it was slightly cramped, but we made it work, because let's face it, we were on vacation! James and Ashley were amazing! Super accommodating! I especially loved how they left condiments in the fridge for you to use and had the "extra necessities" you sometimes overlook while packing! We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks for a sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great!
This house was great! I took my sister and her friends here for a weekend get away and it was a perfect location to walk down to the beach/pier. The house was just as clean as the pictures showed. James was very responsive and answered all the questions I had in a matter of minutes.
