A three-room apartment on the first floor of a characteristic building, located in the heart of Porto Azzurro's town center, with an area of approximately 60 m². The property consists of an entrance, a living room with a kitchenette and a small, un-equipped terrace, a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom with a second balcony, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. Additionally, a fold-out bed is available for extra guests, such as a child.

Important Notes:

Arrival: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with a supplement of €40.
Departure: by 09:00.
Bedding: Bed and bath linen are not included but can be rented upon request at a cost of €40 for the double bed and €20 for the single bed, to be requested 7 days before arrival. Linen can only be picked up at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
