Completely renovated and independent as it is the annex of a private villa, which guarantees large open spaces, a comfortable and private parking space, and a context full of privacy and tranquility. It consists of a kitchenette and dining table, bathroom with shower cubicle, small double bedroom. The apartment is completed by a large terraced outdoor area equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners.

- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
