The seafront holiday home in Torre Lapillo is in a small complex with access to the beach. The one-bedroom apartment for 4 guests is equipped with air conditioning, kitchenette with oven, hair-dryer, tv and mosquito nets. It shares with the other units the washing machine, outdoor showers and garden. It is possible to park one car.

The
basic apartment is in a privileged position in the small seafront
holiday complex. It has a pertinent and exclusive outdoor area with
dining area and beach umbrella, allowing you to dine outside while
looking at the sea.
The apartment is comfortable and it
accommodates up to four guests. It is introduced by the outdoor area
with parking and outdoor showers. The apartment opens into the living room with open kitchen and full bathroom.
A folding door divides the living room from a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with twin-sized bed and sofa bed, with access to the seafront garden. Moreover, in the twin bedroom there are the air conditioning and tv.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shard washing machine and garden.
- Air conditioning in the bedroom with single bed and sofa bed.
