What a cute hidden gem in the middle of Porto. Felt like a movie scene. Loved the quietness, picturesque views, and garden. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Gorgeous garden (fresh flowers in the room) and spectacular view of the rooftops and river from the "lover's walk". Add the centuries-old nature of the building & property, all expertly modernized. This property is excellent with outdoor space overlooking the river. Our room was very well designed and large. There is a lovely terrace to sit on and I would suggest drinks are offered to guests(not from the mini bar). Delighted with our choice.

Truly a magical experience. This is one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. From the immaculate rooms, exceptional hospitality and superb breakfasts, to the astounding physical position of the property and its substantial garden Casa Camelia goes beyond wonderful. It was a heavenly experience.

Gorgeous hotel, located in a quiet area yet walkable to anything you'd need. The views of the Durro River were spectacular. Our room was very spacious, had a comfortable bed and a smart tv. We were a bit confused about the check-in process as the entrance door is kept locked. However there's an intercom with a call button that reaches the front desk and how you get in. There is an option for a fresh breakfast each day which we did twice, however it comes at a bit more of a premium than restaurants up the street. One thing to note is that the hotel is in the middle of a semi steep and narrow hill so be prepared to get in a good leg workout as you come and go. We would absolutely visit this hotel again if we come back to Lisbon.

Casa Camelia was my favourite thing in Porto.The staff was amazing and spoiled us immensely. I have never had such caring service. The property is beautiful, quiet and handy. I loved the river view from our room and the decorating inside. It was worth every penny and then some.

had a fantastic stay in Porto! The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything we wanted to explore. The breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a great variety to start the day. My room was charming, with beautiful touches and direct access to a lovely garden — a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. A special shout-out to Emilio, the concierge, who was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Porto!
