On the first floor you will find a large living and dining room, perfect for gathering family and friends, a fully equipped compact kitchen, and a complete bathroom. The large west-facing window fills the space with natural light throughout the day, while the covered balcony offers a pleasant setting for a quiet breakfast or a moment of relaxation.



Upstairs, the atmosphere becomes even more intimate. The main sleeping area features a comfortable double bed and direct access to a pleasant private terrace. - The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smokers. A minimum fee of €200 may be applied for violations.



- For stays longer than 30 nights, a responsible consumption policy applies up to a limit of €80.



- A welcome kit with essential products for the first day of your stay is provided.



- Additional services such as extra cleaning, extra bedding, or extra keys can be requested subject to availability and additional cost.



- Checkout must be done by 11:00 AM. Late checkouts without prior authorization may incur additional costs.



- All guests must complete the mandatory registration form required by Portuguese law.
