The apartment is located in one of the liveliest streets of Porto, the Rua das Flores. The building was recently renovated to the highest standards and embraces a modern and stylish decor, and yet the building maintains its original architectural style.

This spacious apartment comprises of:
- 2 lovely bedrooms, one with a comfortable queen-sized bed and another with two single beds, perfect for families that travel with children or for couples that travel in a group;
-Two bathrooms that come with all the necessary essentials, including towels and toilet paper;
-A cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa-bed for two;
-A dining area;
-A well-equipped kitchen with all the equipment you may require for the preparation of a delicious meal for you and your group;
-A spacious balcony, which can be accessed from both the bedrooms, facing the busy main street thus allowing you to truly take in the cultural atmosphere of our city;
-Another balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen;
- Heating.

*It is worth noting that the apartment is situated on the second floor and no elevator is available.

Excellent location to many locations. Very close to subway Sao Bento location. A little loud at night as a busy street (people, not traffic), but well worth it due to the close proximity to all the locations.

I have to say that the size and location of this property are its only real positives. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The area was quite noisy, the space was uncomfortably hot (fans were provided, but one was broken and not replaced for several days), and overall cleanliness was lacking — there was noticeable dust and strange stains on the linens and curtains. To make matters worse, the water was brown for several days due to nearby construction, and we weren’t informed about this issue until we reached out to the property managers ourselves. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

Excellent flat -- felt like my apartments in my 20s in San Francisco! Stylish, clean, cool, spacious. Very high ceilings. Nearby many great restaurants & cafes.Only con: the bedroom are on Rua das Flores, which can get loud.

Left after one terrible night

The best thing about this place is that they gave us a refund. The one night we stayed there was no hot water and no heat (except for two small space heaters that we were apparently expected to drag around with us). Although the communication to get the refund was good, the fact that they didn't tell us about the heat not working (which they knew about from the previous occupants) before we checked in was not okay. Before realizing the heat, we did a load of laundry, so then spent the night warming up bedrooms and hanging clothes awkwardly so they'd be dry by morning (which partially worked). We couldn't take showers because there was no hot waterW. e spent a good couple hours in the evening trouble shooting over Whatsapp to no avail. Even if there had been hot water and heat, the place is NOT as it appears in the photos. It's much rougher in its finishes and much of the decoration is missing (the rug in the living room, almost all the art in the bedrooms). It was NOT the happy sun-drenched place the photos make it seem. The one little balcony in the back has a piece of ceiling material hanging down with pigeons going in and out so definitely not a place to hang out. The view of the cathedral was nice for a minute but you can get that walking around the city. The place is definitely overpriced! We easily found a much better place for much less starting the next day. I though I was "splurging" a bit on this place and it ended up being the exact opposite.

AMAZING LOCATION

This place is in a great location!! Close to many restaurants. Just outside there is a great place for breakfast. It is beautiful inside. The only suggestion is the portraits in the bedroom can be offensive/disturbing for a "traditional family" or in that case any family with kids....very easy fix. Thank you. We really loved this place.

Fantastic location and beautiful old building with high ceilings and wonderful balconies!

My husband and I and two friends enjoyed our stay thoroughly! The location was right in the heart of the city but not too loud at night. Plenty of restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Parking was not convenient but we did not need the car for our stay in Porto! Rooms were large, bathrooms were adequate! Beautiful architecture of the building!!
