The apartment offers two pleasant bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. The first bedroom also provides access to a balcony, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy fresh air. All beds are prepared with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful nightâs sleep.
The bathroom includes a shower and all essential amenities to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries.

The owner has placed a barbecue and a large umbrella on the terrace. Guests are allowed to use both, however:
- The barbecue must be cleaned after use - The umbrella must be closed after use, as strong winds may cause damage
Please also note in the house rules that any damage caused may incur additional charges.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, CoimbrĂ”es, serving the Linha de LeixĂ”es and Linha de Aveiro services, is about a 20â25âminute walk from the property (there are closer bus stops just a few minutes on foot).
For metro services, stations such as CĂąmara de Gaia and JoĂŁo de Deus on Line D of the Porto Metro are also reachable via a short bus ride or a moderate walk, connecting you quickly to Portoâs city centre.
Francisco SĂĄ Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 15âminute drive from the property by car or taxi.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80âŹ.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20⏠(extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay). Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30⏠(Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
