The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV for your favorite shows, and a dining table. The space is bathed in natural sunlight, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as an electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and more. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available for your laundry needs.

Both ensuite bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds, wardrobes, and access to a balcony – a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. To ensure your comfort, all beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathrooms are stocked with towels and toiletries, providing everything you need to refresh and recharge.

The apartment is professionally cleaned to maintain a high standard of comfort for every guest.

Located on the 2nd floor, the building also features an elevator for easy access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This property is surrounded by popular attractions such as the stunning Livraria Lello and the iconic Torre dos Clérigos. Guests can also enjoy a variety of dining options at nearby restaurants like Restaurante Abadia do Porto and vibrant bars like Galeria De Paris. With its central location, this property is an ideal starting point for exploring the city and all it has to offer.

Situated just a 4-minute walk from Faria Guimarães station and a 7-minute walk from Trindade station, it offers convenient access to public transportation for exploring the city.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
