You will have the opportunity to drink a glass of Port wine while enjoying the VIEW of the Douro River and delighting in the history that all the buildings in the surroundings tell you. In addition, the magnificent apartment has a swimming pool shared with the other owners.

Booking this apartment requires payment of a deposit (€300) required by the owner. Please note that parties are not allowed and the silence rule is from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. If the condominium reports any problems in this regard, a warning and possible penalty will be sent.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- The tourist tax in Vila nova de Gaia costs €2,5 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

- Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure.
- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item.
- Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00. - For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €100.00
