The key collection is done at our Welcome Center - Rua de Fernandes Tomás 471, Porto - where you can meet our staff!



There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fine of €200 will be applied.



If you would like a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



In case of key loss, a replacement fee will be charged (price upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team to open the door, a €40 fee will apply after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be provided upon request.



In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).



For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a utility cost limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €150. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the extra charges.



The tenant is required to allow entry to a staff member for property inspections whenever requested by the host. Monthly visits are expected for this purpose.
