The Space:
You will find at your disposal a newly decorated apartment with two double bedrooms, one of which is a master suite, a living room with a sofa and dining table, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with all the amenities needed for your comfort.

Guest Access:
The guest has access to the entire apartment.

The Neighborhood:
Located on Rua João das Regras and close to Praça da República, you will be in a vibrant area right next to the city center and near the most sought-after streets of Porto. We suggest walking down Rua do Almada, heading to the famous Galerias de Paris, shopping at Praça Carlos Alberto, strolling along the iconic Avenida dos Aliados, Rua de Santa Catarina, Praça da Batalha, and the Sé Cathedral, visiting the Miradouro da Ponte D. Luís I or Jardim do Morro, and in the Bairro da Lapa near the apartment, savoring Porto's most famous dish: the Francesinha.

You will be just 5 minutes on foot from Faria Guimarães Metro Station, with access to all transit lines, or 8 minutes on foot from the city's main station, Trindade Metro Station. In the surrounding area, you'll find cafés, restaurants, local shops, bus stops, and Porto's Military Headquarters.

To explore the city's riverside, we recommend taking the number 500 bus near São Bento Train and Metro Station. This route starts in Porto's downtown, passing through the Ribeira area, the Douro River waterfront, Foz, Matosinhos beaches, and ending at the Municipal Market of Matosinhos, where you can enjoy the most typical fish dishes, seafood, and regional products from the north of Portugal.

Important note: there are ongoing works near the apartment, causing noise between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control but may affect the stay of our guests. Therefore, we follow a transparency policy to ensure our guests' expectations are properly managed. It is our mission to ensure Liiiving is easy!

There is also a wide range of public transportation available to you.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team's assistance to open the door, there will be a cost of €40 after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, we have a utility limit (water, electricity, and internet/TV package) of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the additional cost will be covered by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow entry of a team member for property inspection whenever requested by the host, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.

You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request (price upon inquiry).
