The municipal tourism tax in Matosinhos is now in effect. The amount of €2.00 is not included in the price of the stay, applicable to guests over 16 years old, charged per person, per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.

For your convenience, this apartment offers free parking, with elevator access to the apartment floor, central heating, and a washing and drying machine.

You can enjoy the extensive promenade to the Douro River mouth for beautiful walks, passing by the lovely City Park, where you definitely shouldn't miss a stop!
Nearby, you'll also find the best seafood restaurants, directly from the docks!
If you wish to explore other areas, there are several bus options and the Matosinhos Sul metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away. By car, it's only a 20-minute drive to the city center!

Getting Around:
Located in Matosinhos, close to the beach, with public transport services very nearby.

Other Things to Note:
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (such as smoke smell, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of 200 euros will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the authorized check-out time, an additional 200€ per hour will be charged.

In case you lose the key, a fee will be applied (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team to open the door, there will be a 40€ fee after 7 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention), the cost will be determined upon consultation.

We offer a transfer service to bring you directly to the apartment! Just make a request!

For reservations of 28 nights or longer, there is a limit for water, electricity, and the internet/TV package expenses of 230€. Any excess over this amount will be paid by the guest.

The tenant agrees to allow a member of our team to enter the property for **inspection** whenever requested, with the expectation of monthly visits for this purpose.

Additionally, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast service, which can be delivered to your apartment every morning upon request!
