Stairs stairs and more stairs!!

The location was good! Restaurants shopping ect. Getting in and out of the apartment was Very hard! 50 steps straight up! 4 flights to get up to the apartment!! No hand rails mold on the walls all the way up the stairs! Only one light working in the bathroom. Only one sheet provided for the couch downstairs. No pillows or blankets!! I was bitten by bugs sleeping there!! No hot water!! We contacted to management they said it takes over one hour to get hot water. I checked the hot water heater. It was not on!! No hangers or closets for clothes we stayed 3 weeks and never had any assistance with anything we needed!! Very poor accommodations!!! I would not recommend to anyone!

Points forts : Propreté, état et installations de l’hébergement

- The property was up 4 flights of stairs which were dirty, poorly maintained and not well lit. There were lights but they didn’t always work. - Only 2 of 4 bathroom lights were working - Small outdoor table and 2 chairs as seen in photos were missing - The outdoor space was not private but a landing area with steps up and down. The people in the apartment opposite also used it which was very frustrating. - lack of privacy as the large window in kitchen and on the stairs had no blinds as there were men working outside from very early on this was an issue - No wardrobe or hanging facility for clothes - there is room for a rail or something beyond the bed - No mirror in bedroom - There was an iron but no ironing board - The 2 pillows provided were awful we had to buy more - Only large tumblers in kitchen no smaller glasses for port or wine glasses we had to buy some - The bed was 2 single beds put together which was big however they were not on same level - I think there may have been bed bugs my partner was bitten whilst in bed on his legs - Head height in bedroom was very low I’m not particularly tall and I hit my head several times - Issue out of anyone’s control the clock tower opposite rung every 15 minutes and chimed the hour from 7am to 10pm I appreciate this is out of anyone’s control but if we had known we’d have brought ear plugs or something. - Whilst it was clean, it had a very damp/musty smell we had to buy air fresheners
