No primeiro dia chegamos cansado após 10 horas de viajem ai do lado do quarto tinha reforma com os trabalhadores com rompedores o dia todo!!! Olha q chegamos no sábado!!!! Quarto cheio de mofo lençóis rasgado a tv não funcionava eu com criança pequena querendo ver desenho foi muito complicado !!!!

Razoável, fiquei muito tempo aguardando a liberação do acesso ao quarto e só tive acesso á chave pq fui perguntar. Café da manhã e almoço razoáveis com pouca variedade. Piscina e areas comuns limpas e agradavéis.

Café da manhã com boas opções e atendentes simpáticas. Quarto com paredes e teto sujos de sangue de pernilongo, muuuuitos pernilongos e cheiro de mofo. Por regra da casa, me negaram o empréstimo de um garfo. Se a comida não for do hotel (e as opções nem são tantas) você não terá acesso a talheres e pratos (compreensível mas questionável). O piso que leva aos blocos é escorregadio, sem fita antiderrapante. Como chove muito, é preciso andar com cuidado para não cair. Na hora do nosso check out, 6h da manhã, caiu uma chuva tropical e pedimos guarda-chuva. Só depois de 15 minutos o rececpionista nos trouxe um (erámos 3 pessoas) e duas toalhas (?) e chegamos na recepção molhadas. A vizinhança é barulhenta: música alta até tarde da noite no entorno do hotel.

Hotel deixou muito a desejar.

Sauna não estava funcionando, café fraco e repetitivo, acabou alguns itens do café antes do horario de termino e não foi reposto, tapioca só duas vezes na semana com poucas opões, não tinha chapa para esquentar misto. Banheiro sem secador de cabelo.

Péssima! Hotel horrivel, cama e travesseiros pessimos, banheiro SEM AGUA QUENTE, sujo, cheio de pernilongo, a cama parecia que tinha pulgas, foi um pesadelo! Atendimento inexistente, jamais voltaria ou indicaria, vcs nao deveriam ter parceria com este hotel.

Hotel com ótima infraestrutura e café da manhã bem completo, sentimos falta de uma sanduicheira elétrica. A cama box quebrou um dos pés, o colchão parecia bem antigo, molas desalinhadas, acordamos com dor nas costas. Muito mosquito!

Minha estadia foi boa, piscina com água aquecida, meu filho amou! Os quartos na limpeza diária não são tão limpos, porém no dia que chegamos estava tudo limpíssimo, preços das coisas no restaurante/bar. Café é simples, porém estava bem colocado. Em resumo ficaria no hotel novamente pelo custo benefício.
