Located 700 m from the superb fine sandy beach of St Cyprien, in a peaceful, tree-lined park with swing and boules pitch, this small residential complex offers a large stone house and 6 Minis Villas all air-conditioned with TVs and private terraces

In the village, 800 m away, there is a small shopping center and all amenities.

Porto vecchio is 7 km away. The mini villas are all equipped with dishwasher, fridge, gas stove, toaster, microwave, kettle, satellite TV, barbecue, garden furniture, air conditioning / heating. Shared washing machine available.

This Mini Villa is planned for 2/4 people, it consists of a bedroom with 1 bed 140, living / dining room with 1 sofa bed, American kitchen, bathroom / wc, terrace.

Compulsory cleaning of 50 € to be paid on arrival with the balance of the reservation in cash or bank transfer 48 hours in advance.

Bon accueil du gérant, arrivée et départ sans aucun souci. Location conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Les draps et serviettes étaient fournis. Clim appréciable Environnement calme. A 10/15 mn à pied de la plage et du petit centre avec le nécessaire. Belle plage de sable, longue et tranquille, eau transparente En résumé : nous avons passé un très bon séjour

guter Aufenthalt, Klimaanlage leider nur in 1 Zimmer, anfangs kaputt, wurde aber gleich repariert, tropfte dann, leider ständig Ameisen im Appartement. Fragen/Hinweise waren immer möglich. den Garten und Strand haben wir geliebt Vor dem Urlaub Kommunikation zäh, es wurde erst auf Nachfrage geantwortet

Location bien équipée et proche de la baie de Saint cyprien. Un joli espace vert avec des équipements (salon de jardin, terrain de pétanque, balançoire enfants…) Nous reviendrons :)

Villa très bien situé

Je recommande cette villa très propre à notre arrivée, très bien accueillis par Christophe le gardien qui est à l écoute. Le logement est très bien équipé. Très belle plage à 700 m et près de porto vecchio, les piscines naturelles, d autres belles plage facile d accès., 45 min de bonifacio En résumé tout pour passer un bon séjour

Location parfaite !

L'appartement est propre est bien aménagé avec tout ce dont on a besoin. Accueil chaleureux, le gardien se rend disponible si on besoin de quoique se soit. Grand espace de jardin en commun avec les autres villa. C'étais très bien ! Je recommande cette location.

Nous souhaitons un remboursement du logement, compte tenu de la fausse position qu'il y a sur le site. Et je trouve encore plus honteux de devoir changer mon commentaire que vous ne oublierez jamais au final car il ne correspond pas à vos attentes.

Sejour tres sympa dans maisonnette fonctionnelle

L'accueil de Christophe a été tres sympatique. Il arrrange toutes les petites demandes. La chambre est grande et tres fonctionnelle. Barbecue sur terrasse sympa. La clim est franchement appréciable. On a passé trois jours tres agréables.

Petite villa super

bon séjour voire très bon!

très bon accueil du gardien, gentil et disponible. Villa très bien située, au calme. Espaces de rangement en nombre. Proche d'une belle plage et des commerces accessibles à pieds. A recommander! seuls bémols: un forfait ménage obligatoire de 50 euros! cela s'apparente à une augmentation déguisée d'autant que le ménage réalisé n'est pas au top (mégot dans le barbecue, araignées au plafonds, transats sales). Pour ce prix là on attend mieux! La location des draps est pratique mais 10 euros par personne quand même.

la plage a pieds

résidence très bien située et a proximité de la baie de st Cyprien Située à 15 min de Porto-Vecchio. Elle est très fonctionnelle avec bcp de rangement et grand placard dans la chambre le + du preau pour pendre tous les repas a l'abri ( du soleil ) et profiter des hirondelles qui l'on également choisi comme lieu de villegiature location parfaite pour un couple . Nous avons eu un bon accueil de la part du gardien lors de notre arrivée et pendant tout notre séjour Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir dès notre retour en Corse

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour en famille. La résidence est calme, très bien entretenue, avec un grand jardin arboré et fleuri. Elle est bien située, tout près de la plage de Saint-Cyprien. Notre maison était bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Le gardien d'une grande gentillesse, est très disponible et fait preuve d'attention à l'égard des locataires. Lors de notre séjour, il a été acheté une balançoire/toboggan et l'a installeé le jour même de sorte que nos deux enfants ont pu en profiter. Bref, je recommande tout à fait cet endroit!
