The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming 45 m² air-conditioned house for rent in Porto-Vecchio, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath) and a 24 m² garden. Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 20 m² living room with pull-out bed (2 single beds), TV, dining table and open-plan fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: two beds pushed together to form a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two beds pushed together to form a king-size bed (180×200)
- Bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 24 m² private, unfenced garden with a terrace featuring furniture to enjoy the breathtaking view over the bay of Santa Giulia.

The house is ideally located in Porto-Vecchio, in very pleasant surroundings. All essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... are within easy reach.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private parking lot next to the house. A car is highly recommended for getting around the island.

Figari-Sud Corse airport (FSC) is about 30 minutes from the house.

- Pets allowed, for an extra charge of €50/stay/one small animal only. Please specify when booking. The payment will be made on site, upon arrival at the concierge.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We ask you to leave your accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and to clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrivals or departures outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
