The spacious living room features a sofa and TV, and the private kitchen is well equipped with an induction cooktop. Air conditioning is available in every room, and a private washing machine is at your disposal. Public transport stops are nearby.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor without an elevator and is accessed by about 50 comfortable steps. From the windows, you can enjoy views of the main square and the Medici dock. The location offers direct access to the Medici walls and the original Porta a Mare, crossed by Napoleon Bonaparte on May 4, 1814.
The dock area becomes pedestrian-only from 7:30 pm to 6:00 am; vehicle access is allowed only from 6:00 am to 7:30 pm during summer, when the dock hosts yachts and pleasure boats.
