Charming villa of 37 m2 internally developed all on one floor, comprising entrance to living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, a double bedroom with small TV, and a bathroom with tub. The strong point of the house are certainly its outdoor living spaces, a large outdoor patio equipped with a table for eating even in the hottest hours of the day, a large and well-kept garden with a picnic corner and deckchairs.

- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in after 8.00 pm: supplement of 50.00 euros
- in case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use, otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
