Check in was terrible as the desk attendant was deaf and not helpful . Major truck repair active in the parking lot. Asked for dinner recommendation and the desk attendant had nothing to provide No hot water for the shower in the morning.

Friendly Staff but Not Very Clean/Comfy

It was fine for our purposes (needed a last minute place to stay on a holiday weekend!) and the staff was friendly. However, it didn't feel very clean (found a hair in the shower and the stairwell had trash all over). Plus, there were no actual curtains in our room (just sheer fabric and fake curtains that wouldn’t actually pull in front of the window). Maybe that would be ok in some cases, but our room looked directly at a HUGE bright light in the parking lot. Made it very difficult to fall asleep! Our kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was fine (can’t complain if it’s free ha).
