DON’T book this hotel, it was an awful experience.

We stayed at the Crest on August 30th for one night, but paid for two, side note we are pretty frequent travelers for various reasons and this is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The second we walked in the smell was awful and there were fruit flies and cobwebs everywhere. Also, the bathroom was very small making it hard for me to stand in because I’m tall. The blanket was stained and the towels were small and dingy. Lastly, there was a drunk lady who was banging on our door at 2am, the person above us stomped around their room all night making it impossible for us to get any sleep, and when we tried to call the management no one answered and when we told them they didn’t do anything about it. After everything that happened we decided not to stay there the second night, we couldn’t even get a refund for night two because it was non refundable so we had to pay for a different hotel to sleep at the next day. Don’t waste your money on this hotel.

No coffee!! Are you kidding me!!

The hotel had no coffee or anything to offer their guest in the morning. no amenities, the room was very basic. The main office wasn’t even open in the morning when I woke up. The only convenient thing about our stay was that it was a super short walk to the Casino Ballroom for the event. Other than that I would not stay again.

My daughters and I have been coming to Hamton Beach for day trips and sometimes overnight trips for many years. This was our first time at The Crest and I feel like we have found our new favorite place stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpfult, our room was very clean and everything is walkable - 1 block from the beach! I love this place!
