This was, by far, the worst lodging experience we’ve ever had. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and despite repeated calls to the front desk, no one answered or offered assistance. The complimentary breakfast was extremely disappointing, and when we requested a late checkout because our flight was delayed, the manager was unhelpful and rude. Ultimately, we left early after being forced to sleep on the floor— the sheets had an unpleasant odor and were unusable. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The room had drops of fecal matter on the carpet, I should have asked for a different room or refund but I had a late entry and got up early. The room air was not the best, felt like someone had smoked. Furniture was old and worn out. Bed was not bad but I felt disgusted by the experience. Breakfast was ok. But in the price I paid if the room was clean then it’s an average American inn experience.

The check-in was disorganized, and the individual was rude. We've stayed here multiple times and never had a problem. There was also an issue with the heat in the room when it was 80 degrees outside.

Inexpensive clean room

Great place to stay on a budget. I found it to be clean, comfortable. The staff were very accomodating. The rooms are very quiet. No bells and whistles but I was not expecting any this is a budget motel perfect for a decent night sleep. Id stay here again.

The parking was difficult because of piles up snow. The room they have me was super far from the office. The coffee in the room was the worst I've ever had. The breakfast offered was just cereal. Staff wasn't friendly.

Painted up but not nice....

The motel is one that is old, smelly, the sprinkler system has paint on the heads. The quality of everything is poor at best. If you are desperate then maybe... otherwise get a better room. We were pressed for time and it was late. The staff barely speaks intelligible english so that's not easy either.

It’s an older hotel. I had a problem with the cigarette smoke. I was upstairs and people wouldn come right outside their door and smoke. The smoke would then travel up toward my room and make my room smell. I have asthma so this wasn’t good. Maybe get a designated smoking area would help

Room did not have a heating unit, only a floorboard-type which did not heat enough in New England winter, even after I set it to max heat. The door was also poorly fitted so there was a constant draft into the room, keeping it pretty cold all night.

Worst hotel in my life and I’ve been in many

The room was falling apart. First the lock wouldn’t open. Then the room was like 45F and took 2 hours to warm up. The door was leaking badly. The room was supposed to be non-smoking but the stench was unbearable. All furniture was likely picked up from the garbage. Even the toilet flash didn’t work! I read the bad reviews and like an idiot still booked the room. That place should be closed permanently, I’m not kidding

Good value for the price. Motel is a little dated, but otherwise clean room with somewhat small bathroom. Convenience store across the street, close to I-95.

Hey listen, it ain't fancy... this is a place to sleep. It's close to where I need to be for work and I stay here from time to time, knowing what I'm getting. It's safe and well-lit with each room having its own entry from outside. It's quirky, clean, affordable, and fills a great need for working class people. Carry on, Seabrook Inn.
