Playa Penca can easily be accessed from a footpath on the road to Prieta, and is known for its soft waves, boogie boarding and great family gathering place. Or you can relax in our private pool with a cabana for shade during the day.

The house has 3000 square feet of well-appointed living space. Perfect for entertaining the family or for some well-deserved quiet time, this property guarantees a wonderful relaxing vacation. All bedrooms and living room feature banks of floor-to-ceiling windows, furniture, and an interior designed for comfort and relaxation.

The sunsets are beyond description - especially from the terrace. Not only does that expansive terrace offers a lovely place to read, chat, or dine - it also the perfect place to gather for a spectacular panoramic sunset.

Our gardener/caretaker lives on site because the property requires constant tending and trimming; and a housekeeper appears 6 days a week to do your laundry and straighten up the house. The property is fenced and gated, with similar properties alongside it - very quiet and secure.
