This lovely apartment is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets, and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. Step into a welcoming living area where a comfortable sofa and a classic wooden dining table create the perfect setting for shared meals or relaxing evenings. The seamless flow between the dining and living spaces makes it easy to unwind and connect.

The space also features a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware, cutlery, and appliances, allowing you to prepare your meals with ease. A washing machine is available, adding extra convenience for longer stays.

The apartment offers two cozy bedrooms. One features twin beds, while the other includes a comfortable double bed, both designed to ensure restful nights. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, and the minimalist décor combined with warm wooden furniture creates a calm and inviting atmosphere. All beds come with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom includes a sleek walk-in shower, along with fresh towels and ample storage space for your convenience.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A bright and comfortable apartment in Póvoa de Varzim, just a short walk from the beach and the lively seaside promenade. Guests can enjoy the marina, the Casino da Póvoa, and a wide selection of seafood restaurants and cafés nearby. With beautiful coastal walks, local markets, and easy access to Porto, it’s an ideal base for a relaxing seaside getaway.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Póvoa de Varzim (Metro do Porto – Line B), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, offering direct connections to Porto city centre and the airport.

The nearest train station, Porto Campanhã (Linha do Norte), can be reached via metro in about 50–60 minutes, providing regional and national rail connections.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
