Once curated by a former palm tree director, the property features an extraordinary collection of palm species from around the world, creating a lush, tropical atmosphere you won’t find anywhere else.



From the moment you arrive, you’ll feel transported into a private oasis.



The estate offers 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, including one private bedroom located in the guest house, providing additional space and flexibility for your group. (Guest house has a sofa bed and a king bed)



The property showcases a stream and pond with live fish, where guests can enjoy the simple pleasure of feeding them once a day, an experience that adds a peaceful and memorable touch to your stay. The beautifully landscaped grounds are filled with greenery, open space, and hidden corners to relax and unwind.

Often referred to as “The City in the Country,” Poway offers a peaceful escape from the busier parts of San Diego while still being conveniently close to everything you need.



The area is surrounded by beautiful parks and hiking trails, including nearby preserves that are perfect for outdoor enthusiasts. You’ll also find local shops, grocery stores, and dining options just a short drive away, along with access to top-rated schools and family-friendly amenities.



Whether you're looking to explore nature or simply unwind in a tranquil setting, this neighborhood offers the best of both worlds—serenity and convenience.

Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting events, parties, or bringing outside vendors onto the property without prior written approval from the host.



Any violation of house rules or regulations will result in a contract violation fee.



**Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property premises, both indoors and outdoors. We ask that you respect this policy, as failure to do so will result in fines and additional fees.**



Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday) and 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Friday–Saturday). Outdoor areas may not be used during quiet hours. Please move all conversations indoors and keep noise levels respectful at all times, as our neighbors have young children.



Any noise complaint or violation of these rules WILL result in a $1,000 fine and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.



🏊 Pool Rules & Guidelines



To ensure the safety of our guests and the proper maintenance of our pool, please observe the following rules at all times:



🤖 Pool robot/vacuum — Please do NOT remove the pool robot/vacuum from the pool under any circumstances without prior permission from our team. Unauthorized removal may result in damage to the filtration system and additional fees.

🌡️ Spa/jacuzzi — Please ensure the spa is turned off when not in use. This helps maintain the system and conserve energy for all guests.

🍷 No glass near the pool — For the safety of all guests, glass containers of any kind are strictly prohibited in and around the pool area. Please use plastic or non-breakable containers only.

⚙️ Pool system — Please do NOT touch, adjust, or tamper with the pool system, controls, valves, or equipment without explicit permission from our team. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you right away.

⚠️ Please note: Failure to comply with any of the above pool rules will result in a fine of $1,000. Our pool maintenance team will conduct a thorough inspection and will determine whether any of the stated rules have been violated during your stay.
