The comfortable apartment has the ability to accommodate up to 5 people. It is ideal for families visiting Poznan or for a getaway for a group of friends! The functional space with a living area of 44 m² offers a living room with a dining area, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The living area, equipped with a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV, is the perfect place to relax. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable double bed, while the other has a single bed. High-speed, free Wifi Internet access is available in the apartment. A wide range of amenities and comprehensive furnishing of the apartment with the necessary accessories and kitchen and bathroom equipment guarantees a comfortable stay. A complimentary set of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and linens are provided to facilitate the start of each visit. The rooms are decorated in a modern style, while subdued accessories and the presence of wooden decorative elements give the apartment a calm atmosphere. The Neighborhood:

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building on Koscielna Street in the district of Poznań - Jeżyce. The location provides proximity to the city center, as the Old Market Square is only a little over 2 km away. A few minutes' walk will allow you to get to the Old Zoo. About 10 minutes will take a leisurely walk to Solacki Park - a beautiful green area with two ponds, ideal for walks and picnics. There is also a playground for children. The vicinity of the property is well connected to the main tourist attractions of Poznan, bus and streetcar stops allow easy access to other parts of the city. The road to the Poznań International Fair (MTP) is 2 km. In the neighborhood there is a cinema and many atmospheric pubs, restaurants and cafes, as well as numerous stores.

The property does not have an assigned parking space, so guests can leave their cars in the paid parking zone on neighboring streets, as space allows.
