General condition of hotel is aging but OK. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was good, if you remember its a European hotel. Well stocked and service very good. Reception were efficient and friendly. Position of hotel in Wenseslas Sq. is good and nice little Diner for drinks too excellent just outside the lobby in the arcade. As well as Asisn Raman place.

Spacious room

Travelling with my daughter and needed 2 single beds. Beds were very soft, maybe too soft for me. Also, the beds were bowing in the centre so not great for comfort. Excellent air conditioning in room. Bathroom is of European standard. Shower particurlarly small as is normal in the EU. Location was excellent and very easy to get around Prague. They had a mini bar available. The fridge in 201 not functioning properly though.

The hotel is very well located and the room was ok, just a bit outdated. But looks like it was not cleaned well. There were a lot of long black hairs everywhere on the floor I even had to take some napkins and remove them.

Smooth check in, but had to move rooms as mattress was in a terrible state, you could feel the springs through it. 2nd room, we had to take a twin, as no double, whilst unpacking, water started dripping from air con unit, down the wall and on floor; moved to room number 3, advertised as a luxury apartment - far from luxury but habitable. Of concern, bars at the windows, concerning if there was a fire, fire doors propped open by fire extinguisher, surely this contravenes all H & S regs? We felt very unsafe. If you require towels changing before 3 nights, this is €5 per towel! Coffee, toiletries, toilet rolls not replaced during the stay. We had to request coffee and toilet roll each day! Breakfast, traditionally Czech, not the best variety! Hotel very dated, but good location.

Great location, just a few minutes from the main railway station, in the heart of Wenceslas square. Friendly, helpful staff. The room was quiet, clean, spacious.
