Beautiful hotel in a great location. Easy walk to Republic Square, Old Town Square and Wenceslas Square. Surrounded by great food options, shopping, and convenient to all the Christmas markets. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was great. The room was much bigger than I’m used to in Europe and very nice.

The rooms were nice, the rooms were cleaned daily, the staff courteous and the buffet breakfast was awesome. The position of the hotel was excellent - a short walk to the old town and several great restaurants even on the same street as the hotel. The lobby was decorated very festively and made an attractive environment.

We loved everything this hotel had to offer. The room was clean and well stocked with everything that made a comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was a very high standard and the young staff keep the tables clean and the buffet topped up. We would recommend highly. The location was perfect for us to explore Prague. We walked everywhere and found the area clean and convenient for markets, shops and sightseeing.

The hotel was really lovely & in a perfect central location, close to the Old town square & transport links to further areas of the city. The room was very spacious & was very clean. The room had a mini fridge as well as a kettle & tea/coffee sachets which were great additions. Bottles of water were provided daily & were much appreciated. The reception staff very welcoming & friendly. I had a wonderful stay & would definitely stay here again :)

The location was excellent, short distance to old town. Set in a beautiful art deco building. The bathrooms are very small but okay for a 4 day stay. The breakfast is excellent ! The staff are friendly and helpful. Only one complaint, we asked for a wake up call on our final morning and it never came.🤔

Great position for all you want to see and super space. Only two negatives and neither really that big an issue and didn’t ruin stay or prevent us going back 1). Breakfast chaotic at the busy times (no cups, teapots etc.. - had to chase), and 2). Super warm .. turned down heat in room and windows open to try and cool it off whenever in room.
