Excellent staff, excellent breakfast. Rooms were a good size, light sleepers I would recommend earplugs as they aren't very quiet rooms (can hear plumbing and footsteps outside/upstairs) but would happily come back.

Fantastic value for money for a one-night stay ... friendly and helpful staff, spotless and nicely presented room and a great breakfast buffet to see us on our way. Would definitely stay here again when staying in Prague.

The gave us a room right next to the reception which was incredibly noisy, all you can hear is people coming and going and at breakfast the sound of knives and forks on plates. We requested a quiet room 5 months earlier when we booked and they chose to give us the nosiest room possible… I have no words! We did get moved for the next night and it was much better, a room on the third floor. Breakfast was ok, the advertised gym was closed, and for the price it probably isn’t worth that level of cost for what you get.

The hotel has a great location in the old part of the city. You can lose yourself in the narrow streets that twist and turn. Or you can head to the river and walk along it. The rooms have been tastefully updated, are kept very clean and the furniture—especially the bed—is very comfortable. Our bathroom had a huge shower with a rainfall shower head. We included the breakfast buffet with our 5-day stay. The breakfast room was spacious with great light and the buffet has a great selection of hot and cold breakfast items. There are about 10 steps to the lobby from the entrance, but an elevator to take you to your room. We’ll stay there again

Great staff, breakfast and location. Located in a very central location for many attractions and dining experiences. We were able to walk for most of our tours. Staff were all helpful and friendly (and spoke English-thank you!). Rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
