You'll love our charming 43m2 apartment! Tucked within the Vanoise National Park in Savoie, this property embodies the classic Savoyard style, featuring traditional combinations of wood and stone. Ideally located at the heights of the "Hauts des Darbelayx" district of Pralognan-La-Vanoise, this recently-built residence offers breathtaking views over the surrounding alpine landscape. Make sure to catch some sun on the residence's terrace near the pool, where the view is particularly good. The residence is 1km from the lively resort centre, and all of the trendy shops and boutiques, delicious restaurants, and entertainment it provides! When you stay with us, you're conveniently located within walking distance to the ski lifts.The slopeside location is perfect for the skiers in your group. Our lovely space comfortably accommodates 4 guests, but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double Bed each. You'll find a Sofa bed in the living room which can accommodate additional guests. We'll provide you with bed linens for free.

Get ready in our 1 BATHROOM with an additional shower, which provides ample space for everyone to get ready. We provide you with a hairdryer and towels. Keep your clothes clean, courtesy of the in-house laundry service.

After skiing, retreat to our charming LIVING SPACE. Curl up and enjoy your favourite shows on our cable TV. In the early evening, step out onto the balcony or patio and enjoy the fresh air. Wi-Fi is available for €4.90/night for those that wish to connect with friends back home. Spend some quality time together playing board games, available at reception.

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher. You can enjoy all of your meals in the dining area.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Les Hauts de la Vanoise where our apartment is conveniently located. These include on-site ski storage, access to a free shuttle, access to a small fitness centre, the on-site sauna, the shared indoor hot tub, and the shared indoor pool. If you're travelling by car, we've got you covered with indoor parking, available on-site for €9/night for 5 nights or €49 for 6+ nights.

If you'd like to bring your pet, please inquire as to the availability of pet-friendly units, and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of **€7/night** (max. 2 pets).

Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €400 and a small daily tourist tax charged per person. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end of stay cleaning (excluding kitchen) will be provided for guests staying for more than 7 nights for an additional fee between €39 and €69.

If you don't feel like cooking, our favourite restaurant is Au Mazot, a 5-minute walk away! Pick up some groceries at Carrefour Montagne, 2 minutes away. For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!

• Please note that the spa is only accessible to guests over the age of 16 or between the ages of 10 and 16 as long as an adult is present

• Relax in the shared heated indoor pool from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Sunday to Friday (closed on Saturdays)
• The TV may only offer French channels
• Bedding configurations may vary - please specify preferences upon booking
