Nice suite but pool bottom so rough it cut up my feet. Also, was told there would be a charge to have a copl3of family members use the pool with me when that isnt stated anywhere. Also received attitude from a staff person when I asked to get towels from her when she had a bin full of them.

All you heard all night was the soda machine out the door in the hall way. It sounded like a a load refrigerator fan or vacuum all night. And the remote didnt work. Wasnt worth the money at all

Beautiful location and amazing views of the Prescott Valley! Staff was kind and helpful. The only negative is the room needed some deferred maintenance- but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Resort

The rooms overall seemed clean But furniture was out dated. Water stains with bubbled paint. the carpet had large stains it needed to be stretched. Could easily trip if you were paying attention. Bathroom shower head was jimmy rigged. Sadly the jacuzzi was being retiled so we couldn’t use that. The pool water looked like it had a tint to it. Not clear and my brother in laws eyes burned the whole rest of the day.

We checked into our first room to find it completely dirty. Dusty all over toilets, dirty blood on the curtains, dirty sheets. We got a second room where we went in and the same thing once again dirty and even the carpet was ripped up and unsafe to walk out. Both rooms were in very poor condition. The second room even had toenails on the floor. This was for our anniversary weekend and we stayed there before and had a great time. Unfortunately we had to find another place immediately and left here. Very disappointed.

This property is in major need of an updating and renovation. Carpeting frayed everywhere. Walls and floors in room were in need of paint and repair. The entire hotel smelled bad and they were trying to mask it with essential oil overload. No daily maid service. If you want clean towels, you must place used ones in plastic bag outside your door. Kleenex box had ONE tissue in it. Thermostat did not function properly. Bed and pillows were poor quality. Pool and spa was “closed for renovations”. Beautiful patio outside overlooking a scenic view but NO SHADE. I would NOT call this a luxury resort, and would never return. Thank goodness we only had to stay here one night.
