Welcome to the Rose House, on the historic registry, in the renowned Nob Hill area in Downtown Prescott

This beautifully restored one bedroom, one bathroom1920's Bungalow with a renovated, free-standing, studio guest house, with it's own bathroom, is just steps away from the Historic Yavapai County Courthouse, Notorious Whiskey Row, Sharlott Hall Museum, Thumb butte, Watson lake and the wonderful shops, galleries, restaurants and breweries that always make the Downtown Prescott one of the top, must-visit, destinations in Arizona

This home has a king bed in the bedroom and a pull out queen bed in the living room sofa. In the studio guest house, there is a queen bed with a pull out queen bed also in the sofa. Additionally, there is Internet with Wifi, Cable TV, fully stocked kitchen with all of the necessary dishware, silverware and glassware, pots, pans, new refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave and gas stove over oven.

Owner will provide paper towels, toilet paper and clean linens, sheets, laundry detergent and bath towels. Please bring your own preferred toiletries such as shampoo, bathing soap and toothpaste.

Rose House was absolutely charming—everything we hoped for.A beautiful historic home with great amenities throughout. The back house is fabulous and works perfectly for a second couple or older kids.The kitchen is very well stocked, making it easy to settle in and feel at home. Was a quaint place to stay. Very vintage look to it. It was roomy enough for my husband and me. The guesthouse was perfect size for our son, daughter in law and their 2 small children. I would recommend having small children bringing toys to be entertained. The outside area is very small.

FABULOUS STAY!!! Todd was easy to communicate with. The house and guest house were both tidy and having a fenced in yard was wonderful for our pup. Incredible peaceful location overlooking Prescott with a quick walk to downtown while not being in the thick of the nightlife. We'll be back for sure:)

The stay was very nice. This is an excellent location with the court house square and many restaurants within walking distance. Todd was very helpful getting settled in and setting up fire stick & wifi. Our only critical item is some of the backyard concrete needs work to make the surface level and easier to walk around.

Cute Historic House Near the Courthouse

This was our second time staying at the Rose House over the 4th of July weekend, and we really enjoyed it. The location is excellent, the home is clean, and it offers enough space for two small families. While the main house is small with only one bedroom due to its historic charm, the guesthouse provides additional room and flexibility. We definitely recommend this property. Just a note, the house is situated on a steep hill, which may be a challenge for some, but it wasn’t an issue for us.

This home was perfect for 2 couples looking to escape the heat and was within walking distance to all the main attractions.
