Villa Toffi is a splendid villa with pool for rent for a vacation in southern Salento. It`s halfway between the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast and the cliff of the Adriatic coast, in the countryside of Acquarica del Capo,
the well-finished house is close to Presicce and it`s a few kilometers
away from Specchia, one of the most beautiful towns of the Salento
inland.

Villa Toffi is surrounded by a green lawn, in a 2.000-square-meter estate and has equipped outdoor spaces where the guests can relax such as shadowed spaces all around the house and the pool which is 5x3 meters. The charming house, which is entirely fenced, is pet friendly.

The rooms of the villa are
simple and functional, furnished with attention to details and
sophistication. The villa consists of a large open space with sofa bed
and fireplace, dining area and the innovative open kitchen. The sleeping
area consists of 2 bedrooms (double bedroom and bedroom with small queen-size bed 120 cm) served by a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with air conditioning and wi-fi, satellite dish, underfloor heating and barbecue grill in the garden.

The surroundings of Villa Toffi
It`s
just outside the city centre of Acquarica del Capo, Villa Toffi is near
the beautiful old town centres of Presicce and Specchia, which are a
few minutes away. The western coast, with seaside locations such as
Torre San Giovanni, Torre Mozza, Lido Marini and Pescoluse is 12
kilometers away, while the eastern coast is 15 kilometers away.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 20 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for only small pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
