Staff was pleasant and helpful. Some guests were very noisy. Hotel is an older building (I remember it from the '70's) in the process of being renovated. It is beyond not handicap accessible - there are many areas of stairs, some with insufficient handrails.

Room was alright, but lobby and hallways were sketchy. Hotel had an odor, gym wasn’t open due to work needed, no one ever at desk, loud drunks in hall until 3:30am… Just a very sketchy and outdated hotel that would certainly not pass some health codes if they dig deep enough. Breakfast was cold and blah. Just overall not a great experience.

The hotel was under construction and renovations, but still super dated in Old. There was a smell of something cleaning agent or something to cover the smell in the room. The hallways were very dirty, looking and a lot of doors open to the room as we went through the hotel. People just kinda hanging out around the hotel at night. Wouldn’t suggest anybody staying there.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were genuinely warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. My room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location is convenient, and the amenities are well-maintained — from the breakfast options to the cleanliness of the common areas. Special mention to the housekeeping and front desk teams for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, it’s clear that the management takes pride in maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and will certainly choose to stay here again in the future.

While the room was spacious and somewhat adequate. The environment was extremely noisy and full of smoke and drunken guest coming from the bar. I got a code for the door and not a key in card which was very inconvinient to memorize or walk around with a sheet of paper to go in and out of your room. The curtains were dirty and not 100% black out as lights came in through the corners. I left early because I was very uncomfortable ans they reduse to refund me for one night. Very stressful and not peaceful environment. Would not recommend would rather sleep in my car as oppose to staying there ever again. Zero stars.

I had a really good weekend at the hotel — the on-site bar stayed open until 1 a.m., which made for a fun night out without leaving the property. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The only hiccup was that the parking lot was under repair, so finding a spot was a bit tricky, but overall it didn’t spoil the stay.
