I always stay at No. 10 when I am in Preston. Fantastic central location for easy access to train station, shops, university, bus station etc. Rooms always exceptionally clean. I usually try to stay on a high floor because the only downside of No. 10 are the creeky floors so if someone in a room upstairs comes in late, you can hear them. Other than that, I’d say No. 10 is fantastic. Suits everything I need. Clean, comfy beds, bathroom and mini kitchen. Ideal for families if you book the larger rooms. Location itself is quiet and off the main street.

Great location and comfortable property!
The property was tucked away on a quiet side street off the main drag. Very comfortable and very warm, however a fan was available in the wardrobe. Due to the wooden floorboards and the central staircase you can hear every footstep from your neighbours and the floor boards creak badly. Good location and comfortable stay.
Amazing best place to spend time with my daughter. Very clean and amazing condition through out. Definitely be coming back again

Great stay in a lovely apartment, perfect location
This was the second time we stayed in these lovely apartments and we were given a complimentary upgrade, which made our stay even more lovely this time round. Very clean and the facilities were brilliant and in a great location, perfect for the city centre. We would 100% recommend these apartments and will be staying again in the future.
The most amazing place I stayed with my daughter in the fairytale apartment and was amazing very clean and had everything you need. Definitely be going to No10 again. Also the house keeping were so friendly and polite .

Almost perfect!
The apartment is spacious, warm, and comfortable. It's easy to find, in a good location, and the access instructions are clear and easy to follow. On-street parking is easy to find within a 5 minute walk. If half stars were an option we'd give it 4.5. There's a few things that could be improved but really they're minor: some of the utensils and cutlery in the kitchen drawer were dirty when we arrived; there are no coat hooks anywhere and we arrived in winter with coats, scarves, hats etc - some hooks on the back of the door or in the hallway would have been ideal; and the bathroom has no shelving to put toiletries onto. That's it. Otherwise, it's a lovely, central apartment and we enjoyed our stay.

Pleasantly surprised
I didn't know what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. Dead central location but tucked down a side street so very quiet. Thought I'd booked a twin room but actually ended up with an apartment with two good sized king bedrooms, lounge area, kitchenette and huge bathroom! Spotlessly clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. A few lights didn't seem to work but that could have been me. We struggled to get in the front door with the keypad initially, but then found the knack. We could hear the people upstairs walking around and talking - they weren't being noisy but I just think the walls are a bit thin. Despite that I would absolutely stay again and all for a reasonable price too.

Fantastic first stay
I had a great stay at No 10. The apartment was really clean on arrival and the curtains had been shut and the light were on when arrived which made me feel welcomed. I would highly recommend No10 and will definitely stay again
Regular guest at no10 and I love it! Stayed last night and received a complimentary room upgrade which was a lovely surprise! Will always return to no10!

Wow what a beautiful apartment. It was quite small but everything you need. It had lovely little extras like sweets , tea coffee fresh milk. Themed rooms. We stayed in the flamingo room all pink and beautiful.
Definitely recommend. Communication was excellent from hosts about check in and parking. I asked a question and received an answer almost instantly.

What I beautiful place loved every minute I even got a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. My only complaint would be I picked my original room cause it had a bath and the upgrade didn’t so was disappointed.
