This incredibly quiet, family-friendly resort is perfectly situated alongside the Makai Golf Course. The resort is a short 10-minute drive from world-famous Hanalei Bay and Princeville Shopping Center is just five minutes away.

Our one-bedroom condos sleep four on a king bed in the master and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and Free Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.

There is an outdoor pool, hot tub, picnic and barbecue area. The clubhouse hosts 'Get Out and Play' activities for adults and children.

A delightful surprise

We really prefer to rent villas through hotels but found ourselves in need of accommodation for a quickly planned trip. We enjoyed this condo so much. It was very clean, had all the amenities we needed. It is located so close to the pool which we loved and easy access in and out of Princeville resort which saved time. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. The best part was they offer complimentary use of beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. So fun!

A little long in the tooth

The unit was reasonable but dated. The ac unit in the bedroom was extremely loud. You could either be cool and awake or hot and try to sleep. My biggest challenge was with the toilet not working I my room. It broke and would not flush, so I opened the top of it and had to try to reattach the chain to the flap but it kept coming off, and the hose that filled the tank with water shot water all over the bathroom and me. Very frustrating as I was on my way to meet a client. So I told the manager at about 9:00 a.m. and they said they would take care of it while I was out that day. When I got back at 8:30 that night the toilet was still broken. I took a picture of the broken toilet and went down to the front desk. The gentleman working there told me that it would have to wait till the next day. I told him that was not acceptable and he needed to take care of it. He finally came down and said he fixed it. The fix lasted for two flushes and then broke again. It was really an untenable situation as far as I was concerned and they just acted like it was no big deal and brushed me off. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.

Great get away

Great location, walk out lanai to grassy area overlooking a jungle of trees. Located close to the pool and grill. Property out fitted with everything you need. The loaner bikes need a bit of TLC. Will book this unit again when we travel to the island again.

Restful and Relaxing

My boyfriend and I had a great stay to relax before a conference on Oahu. The condo was a perfect base for us to go off exploring. The front desk staff was super helpful and the pool/spa/grill areas was a great added bonus. We'll be back!

Short getaway in Hanalei

This ground-unit apt was ideal for my family. My kids loved being able to directly walk out onto the patio and chase chickens, run around the golf course, and walk amidst the banana and coconut trees in the rear of the unit. The amenities of the unit were ideal as well for a family to cook, trek back and forth from the beach, and enjoy restful nights. We all had an amazing time in Unit 1B and will definitely return. It was an added plus for the supermarket and gas stations to be so close to the unit's location, and the beach toys offered by the rental came in very handy.

Godd family vacation

Good condo in Princeville. The pictures on airbnb were not of our unit but I think it was better than the pictures (though deco was a bit outdated) . Had more the vibe of an hotel room but that comes with some advantages : they changed towels during the week, 24h open reception, services for booking activities (concierge). possibility to have umbrellas, chairs etc for the beach at reception. AC worked well, the mattress was comfortable . We were there with 6 month old baby and had a nice stay.

Fit our needs - a hot shower and a place to sleep

We were placed in a basement level unit. A little bit gloomy; however It was an affordable place to stay. Our stay was a week. There was no room service and towels were replaced mid week which is fine for us as we were rarely there. Noise related to the unit above us was noticeable as footsteps could be heard. The staff at the resort was welcoming and helpful. The grounds were well maintained and attractive.
