Not only is the Hanalei Bay Resorts’ pool one of the best on Kauai, the views from the one, two and three bedroom condo suites are amazing. Unlike some of the units that have 8 ft ceilings, our condo has 16 ft. cathedral ceilings making the space even more spacious and airy. Our Special Studio has a King size "Tommy Bahama" Canopy Bed and its own private lanai with outdoor sitting to enjoy your incredible views or to enjoy the nightly live entertainment coming from Happy Talk Restaurant. We also provide "free" to our guests, beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and igloos while other units may not offer this.

This is one of the few units where you DO NOT need a "shuttle" to be taken to unit. It is located right next to the parking lot. Most units at Hanalei Bay Resort require a use of a personal shuttle bus to reach their destination.

(3) Correction: NO snorkeling gear/beach blanket provided but instead 2 boogie boards, igloo, beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs and 2 rain umbrellas are provided under beach amenities.

(4) Bathroom is design as a wet shower area which allows for the floors to get wet outside the shower area. Please use rug towel.

(13) For Reservation with dates after 1/1/26, an addition 0.75% "green fee" transient accommodations tax will be additionally charged after your booking. This was recently just signed into law 5/27/25.

(14) We DO NOT have any cleaning chores...just enjoy your stay.


GUEST ACCESS:
All Guest must check in and check out at lobby front desk. Guest will be issued key card for main front door to enter and parking pass.

Please know that our studio condo is on the 3rd top floor, stairs must be climbed, there is no elevator.


INTERACTION WITH GUEST:
I am available 24/7 through text or phone. No matter the time of day I pride myself on being available for our guests.

GETTING AROUND:
Unless you’re on a fairly leisurely schedule, you’ll need a car or other motorized vehicle to see and do everything on Kauai, which has one major road—one lane in each direction, in most places—that rings the island except along the Napali Coast. During rush hour, from about 6 to 9am and 3 to 6pm, the road between Lihue and Kapaa—the central business district—can turn into a giant parking lot, even with a third, “contra-flow” lane whose direction is determined by time of day. Bypass roads in Kipu (when heading north from Poipu) and Kapaa (when heading south) can alleviate some of the stress, but plan accordingly.

Note: The top speed is 50mph, with many slower sections in residential and business areas. Addresses in this chapter will use Kaumualii Highway (Hwy. 50) and Kuhio Highway (Hwy. 56/560), following local convention. Since highway addresses can be hard to spot (if marked at all), directions may be given with mile marker numbers, cross streets, and/or the descriptors mauka (toward the mountains) and makai (toward the sea).

By Car--All of the major car-rental agencies are represented on Kauai. At the airport baggage claim, cross the street to catch one of the frequent shuttle vans to the rental lots.

The resort is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed coffee on this unit's balcony every morning and were wowed by the views. The owner has ensured that guests have a good time at the beach. We appreciated the chairs, umbrella and snorkeling gear. And, we especially liked the fact that we could get a lift to and from the beach. The unit is stocked with appliances to make breakfast easy, including a coffee pot, toaster, microwave & small fridge. We were pleased to see plenty of cups and glasses and filters for the coffee pot.The bedroom is neat and has plenty of space to unpack your suitcase if you'd like. Our only recommendation would be to brighten up the lighting. The room was dark as it was lit only by lamps - but this could easily be resolved with brighter light bulbs! The king bed was comfortable, but needs a pillow and linen update. All in all, it was a lovely, comfortable stay and we are thankful to the owners for their attention to detail.

Best location and amazing views

Stayed with my mom over spring break. The room was super clean which I appreciated. It was also very well stocked with things such as a first aide kit, batteries, beach chairs, snorkel gear,even some extra sunscreen was found. There is a coffee pot. Microwave. Toaster and small fridge with a small ice compartment. The location and views cannot be beat. It is overlooking the pool and also the mountains and the ocean. It is close to the main building where the 2 restaurants are and very convenient when at the pool to be able to run up to the room. You can call to get a golf cart to take you to and from the beach as it is a very hilly walk. There are tons of pickle ball and tennis courts on the property. Not much of a selection for breakfast on resort Loved being a short drive from Hanalei bay where there are a ton of cute shops. The pictures I took from the balcony and resort restaurant are so beautiful they look fake.

This was an unforgettable trip and location. Yes the resort fees are pricey, but in my opinion, it was well worth it. The location was amazing, golf cart rides to the beach, delish food on site, and chairs/cooler ready for day adventures. The view is worth every penny.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Milo and Theresa place while in Princeville. The view of Hanalei Bay is magnificent. The king size bed was also wonderful. The resort also seems nice - we really only utilized the jacuzzi and access to the beach, but other aspects looked great.I didn't realize that there was no kitchen sink, and that the fridge was a small hotel size.

Wonderful stay

Perfect!

The condo place was lovely, quiet, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler were useful for our beach day. Beautiful view from the lanai was perfect for morning reflection. Highly recommend!
