Welcome to the North Shore Oasis!

Like the nicest hotels, the Oasis has a magical indoor/outdoor Hawaiian vibe. The open-air home let's you live among the tropical breeze. For your comfort, all three bedrooms have A/C.

The Oasis is located on the 11th green of the Makai Golf Course and it is built around a private tropical waterfall garden. This elegant and peaceful 3 bedroom home has two master suites, a third bedroom upstairs (and accessed via the south master suite), 2.5 bathrooms, plus an outdoor shower. The Oasis has an unobstructed view down the fairway towards Mount Makana and magnificent year-round sunsets.

We take great pride in the Oasis and work to provide everything we can think of to make your stay enjoyable. You can travel light and make the most of your stay.

Examples of some Oasis amenities:

- The well-organized garage has four cruiser bikes, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach gear, coolers, and detailed air photo maps to help you explore the north shore. We even keep 'blue ice' in the freezer and bottle openers attached to each cooler.

- Beach gear for everyone. Big, plush beach towels, reclining chairs, and sand umbrellas

- Wi-Fi and home theater system with a DVD collection featuring many of the movies filmed on Kauai

- Basic essentials like laundry detergent, cooking supplies, zip-lock bags, etc. for your convenience

The Oasis is located on the North Shore in the resort community of Princeville. It is a great home base for world class golfing, access to beaches (Hanalei, Tunnels, Anini, Hideaways, plus more!), and adventure on the Garden Isle. We are located on walking paths along the Princeville golf course fairways. You can follow these paths to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, and nearby beaches. Great tropical trails lead you from the Princeville bluff down to secluded and scenic beaches.

Relaxing and spacious home with tons of amenities from a well stocked kitchen (cookware, spices, cooking oil) to toys by and beach supplies (bikes, board games, weights, puzzles, chairs, beach toys, snorkels, ice chests). The backyard butts up to a golf course and the courtyard has hungry koi with a supply of food. You can easily spend a day relaxing at home. One thing to keep in mind is that one bedroom isnt as private. The upstairs room needs to access the stairs from one of the bedrooms. Other than that, everything was great!

Peaceful Luxury

This is a lovely home, conveniently situated in Princeville. The home delivers on all of the gorgeous oasis pictures in the listing. We had fun feeding the koi each day and enjoying morning coffee and early evening wine on the back covered patio. One thing to note when considering this property is that the third bedroom can only be accessed by walking through the second primary suite. The third (upstairs) bedroom has its own half bath, but it shares a shower with the primary suite. This could be a perfect scenario for a family with kids, but could also be a little awkward for an unrelated group of three couples. We would absolutely return and stay at this property.

Visit to Kauai and North Shore Oasis

Very nice home in a great location. Clean and had all the necessities and then some. Lots of room for our family of five including two teenage boys. We enjoyed our time in Kauai and the North Shore Oasis as our home base. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect for family

Beautiful home with layout very conducive to adult children/spouses. Every amenity provided including beach toys, bikes, etc. Spotless and easy to provision at nearby Foodland (easy bike ride for last minute needs!). Loads of wonderful food trucks within several miles, but also great kitchen ( again with every cooking gadget needed) for cooking. We lived on the lanai when home and enjoyed sharing it with the local chicken families! Lovely and responsive hosts. Thanks for an amazing week!!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Everything you could possibly need is provided. The 2nd and 3rd BR access is a little "interesting" in regards to privacy but we adjusted. The Master BR is amazing! Everyone enjoyed the bikes. Feeding the fishies was fun and relaxing.

Oasis Princeville July 2023

Pictures just don't do this property justice! We walked in the gate of the courtyard & all we could hear from our girls was OMG this is beautiful and they were right. All of the vegetation was so pretty. We loved being greeted by the fish every day. Bike riding around Princeville with the bikes provided was so fun. We would stay here again for sure. Property manager was so kind & met us in Lihue when we realized we left some items at the house.

oasis is an oasis

the house was excellent. we loved it. stayed 6 nights. AC was not working on the bedroom that is by the jacuzzi but my daughters didn't mention it till the last night we were there. So that i can let fly. didnt get a chance to test their responsiveness. kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need and garage is stocked very well whith beach equipment. i absolutely recommend this home to anyone.

Just what we wanted, a place that was peaceful and relaxing with great views. Since it’s connected to a golf course, without fences, it seemed like an endless backyard, perfect for playing smashball and cornhole. Can not say enough good things about the property managers, the house and the location, all were above expectations.

This is our second time staying at this majestic Princeville home. We highly recommend staying here. Great central location, all the amenities you would need bikes, coolers, grill, chairs, laundry, towels, beach gear, etc. The bikes are a big plus allowing you to bike over to local shops and restaurants. The deck and lanai are absolutely the best places to relax. The living room and dining room are stunning and a great place to enjoy a meal. We will definitely be back, as this is the perfect home to enjoy Kauai.

Loved everything about this house. Note though that the upstairs bedroom must enter and exit through 2nd main-floor bathroom and bedroom. Probably okay for a family, but not so great for friends.

Rainy day refuge!

We experienced 5 straight days of pretty heavy rainfall - we were all so thankful to be staying at the Oasis house which made our stay enjoyable no matter what the weather was doing! We loved the friendly koi fish, the puzzles, the amazing kitchen, the hot tub in the beautiful waterfall courtyard, the bbq, the comfortable furnishings, the Bluetooth speaker, the bar area and big screen tv. The views from the house are amazing - everything was just as described! The house was conveniently located to the shopping area & beaches. The well stocked garage is SO organized (we were inspired!) and has truly everything one could want! Thank you for sharing your island home with us. It is a real treasure!!
