Welcome to our Island gem, Our unit is conveniently located at the Cliffs in the heart of Princeville on the Garden Island of Kauai. The Cliffs is a 22 acre beautifully manicured resort property, high on the bluff overlooking the ocean. The Cliffs units offer a quiet, private and spacious experience with all the amenities of many top notch hotels.

When we first saw the unit and location, we fell in love, and now we are excited to be sharing it with you! There are so many things that make this the perfect spot for your vacation in paradise, or a home away from home. It is a secure, second floor unit which is situated in such a way that it captures the cooling ocean breezes through the large slider doors on both sides of the unit. It's layout, features covered lanais on each side of the unit, which enable you to enjoy fresh air and indoor/outdoor living all year long... the unit itself is light and airy, with peekaboo views of the ocean as you walk in the door, Looking directly north provides you with spectacular sunset views. The lanai off the bedroom provides you with an amazing view of the mountains and the beautiful waterfalls that frequently grace the faces of the mountains. So whether you choose to relax in the living room, enjoy a meal at the dining table, or prepare your favorite dish in the well-stocked kitchen... There is plenty of space to settle in and truly relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our unit offers one master bedroom with king bed, one queen sofa sleeper, two full bathrooms, two private lanais, complete laundry facility within the unit, free unit exclusive internet, cable TV and DVD player, beach equipment, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unlike many other properties in Princeville, there are additional amenities on property that make your stay a truly resort feel that completes this package.
These amenities include: two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, a half-court basketball court, two shuffleboard courts, a children’s playground, Two swimming pools, a hot tub for all, hot tub for adults only, and a putting green all round out the Cliffs amenities. There is so much more, from the full time concierge department along with fully functioning BBQ locations around the property and access to the oceanfront overlook to enjoy those spectacular Kaua'i sunsets.

Nous avons eu un superbe sĂ©jour Ă  Princeville. MalgrĂ© que la vile a trĂšs peu de charme, elle est bien situĂ©e. Nous avons pu profiter du complexe et de ses Ă©quipements, l’appartement Ă©tait spacieux et bien Ă©quipĂ©. Nous avons eu superbe sĂ©jour, un peu trop court!

Nous avons bien apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. MĂȘme si la deco n’est pas au goĂ»t du jour l’unitĂ© Ă©tait trĂšs propre et rangĂ©e. Il n’y a pas d’air climatisĂ©e. Par contre, en ouvrant les portes avant et arriĂšre de l'unitĂ©, une bonne ventilation naturelle rend le tout plus confortable.

I have stayed at the Cliffs in another condo before and so decided to come back again but rented a different condo. Kauai Island Gem is a beautiful spacious condo large enough for families. Greg, the owner, was great at communicating with us and very upbeat and friendly. Greg immediately helped us with anything that came up. The office rep at the resort was very happy to suggest things to do and informed us of events at the resort.What we enjoyed about the condo: The quiet lanai with birds coming by, the sunset view, the kitchen and living room space, the breeze coming through, washer/dryer, spaciousness. Wish it had AC. The fans were not enough on hotter days. There were many cockroaches the owner had treated but it didn't work. We purchased some baited boxed tents that did the trick. Greg graciously gave us a partial credit for our dealing with the insects. We enjoyed the resort area that over looks the ocean.

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at The Cliffs. The hosts were excellent about communicating with us before we arrived and while we were staying at the property. Check-in at the front desk was very easy. The amenities at the property are wonderful - with a beautiful pool and spa area and a bluff with chairs overlooking the ocean. There were also food trucks there often - though we didn’t try them. The property itself was just what we needed. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed - though we didn’t cook at the condo. We also really appreciated having a washer and dryer in the condo to wash clothes after muddy hikes or a day at the beach. Parking was easy and available right in front of the condo. There were also beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards for us to use. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay here! Convenient for exploring Nepali coast, quiet, comfy bed, and loved having separate bathrooms for the two of us. The unit is a little outdated, which was fine, but we had issues with the lanai sliding doors getting stuck.

Great if you like cockroaches, musty smell & rust

The musty smell was noticed upon arrival. Very strong from washing machine & all linens smelled musty. Cockroaches found first night and reported next day and the day after. We we told someone would come spray but no one did while we were there. Got a notice the day we left that they would spray 2 days after we left. We had to keep all foods in refrigerator. They were even in the dishwasher. Kitchen stopper fell apart & had to be pryed from drain. Patio furniture rusty. Door stop in bathroom gross. Bed linens old, worn and had bad odor. A Motel 6 would have been nicer. Great pool. Unable to load photos on this site will try again.

Great location

Stayed for two weeks in this condo. We love the cliffs and all the amenities! Great location to get to so many different beaches, we love staying on the North Shore! Had a great time renting the bikes and riding to Princeville for ice cream! The condo has everything you could need. Beautiful sunsets over the bluff! We liked the privacy of the deck into the Garden view.

First Time In Kauai

This was our first time in Kauai and we loved it! After staying at some questionable BNBs I always rely on the integrity of reviews. With that being said my family and I truly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was beautiful. We really enjoyed the views and the beach equipment for use. Of course the furniture was a little out dated but it wasn’t a problem at al for us we loved it. I would definitely book again. The hosts were helpful and even gave me recommendations on activities.

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at The Cliffs in unit 3204! The condo was spacious, clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.The lanai had a beautiful partial view of the mountains which made for a peaceful spot to enjoy meals and to relax. The kitchen also offered lovely views of both the mountains and the gardens, making cooking even more enjoyable.Greg, the host, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We felt that we could reach out to him at any time.Overall, it was a great place to stay. If you're looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat in Kauai, this condo at The Cliffs is a perfect choice.

Truly a Gem!

We absolutely love getting to stay in this amazing condo at the Cliffs. Greg is a wonderful host and so kind, He was always willing to help us whenever we needed. The condo is fully equipped with everything you need along with beach gear. The amenities at the Cliffs are fabulous! We love the pool and the best part is walking out to the cliffs and seeing the beautiful sunset each night. It really is a home away from home

Relaxing

It was a little rainy some days we stayed so we ended up spending more time than anticipated in the condo reading and playing games. We loved opening the two lanai doors to get an island breeze through the whole place. It was convenient to have a kitchen to make breakfast and lunches to take to the beach. Fabulous Vacation

We spent 9 days in this little gem in Princeville. The two balcony’s were fantastic. The back balcony has a beautiful mountain view and the birds came to visit us each morning. Greg and Eva Maria were great hosts and always provided timely responses. We would definitely stay again.

The location was very nice, I felt safe. the pool is in the small side, there is no beach access. its a beach view. there is no air conditioner so if you go late sept or oct you should be okay. there was fans in each room which helped. there is a parking fee of $10/night. the unit was clean nice and located near the pool. over all this place was nice

The unit was in a great location. Nice big bedroom with own lanai. there is a great breeze to cool off unit quickly with both bedroom and lanai doors open, breeze comes through. o Outdated furniture. Old towels. My friend went to sleep on sofa and we had no sheets for it in unit, but did have a pea stained mattress pad on it, so she slept on towels. Pillows were stained too. The next day we received clean pillows and sheets.
