A home away from home.

Just waking up to the sights is well worth the money especially every morning, its just paradise. Looking down at the golfers try their best! The bay in the background. The birds come to say hello im the morning at the deck while you're having a cup of coffee. The geckos come in the afternoon. The breeze in the night. The starry night. The closeness to the beautiful hideaway beach(10 minutes incluing climb) a coupl of blocks to check out the spectacular sunsets. The list goes on and on. It's aa little pricey but worth it. If you can afford it you won't regret it. Would love to cone back soon!

The view is specacular! Especially after the rain, waterfalls everywhere. Living furniture is looks unclean and uncomfortable. most of the blinds don't work. The ability to texted with management would be helpful. They don't respond or call back. Thank you for our stay

A Stay in Paradise

The villa was absolutely amazing to stay in. Myself and 2 others stayed there for 5 weeks in April-May 2021 and found it to be the perfect home base for us. The rooms were sized well, the internet was reliable, there was a nice tv in the living room, the villa was clean, stocked with enough dishes and cookware for our needs, and was exactly as described. The view from the lanai was incredible and was a perfect place to have morning coffee. The neighborhood was nice and is close to Hanalei Bay. Every night it is peacefully quiet with the rain pattering against the immense foliage surrounding the area and the sounds of nature. This villa provided us with the perfect stay in paradise at a much needed time in our lives. We hope to be lucky enough to stay here again in the future. Mahalo Oceanfront Realty.

Great Experiance

The property was in great shape and well maintained. The dishwasher isn't secure to the counter and that was a minor inconvenience in that it wants to tip forward and is hard to load dishes. Aside from that everything was very much what we expected.

Beautiful setting on stilts!

It would be hard to find a prettier setting! It would’ve been nice to know there was no a/c. It was pretty stuffy in the afternoons. The refrigerator is on it’s last leg and the unit could do with a little facelift. We appreciated the cleanliness and organization re check-in. Mahalo!

A must stay!

This condo is well equipped in a beautiful location with stunning views! It’s hard to beat a VRBO in a location like this, we fell in love as soon as we walked through the front door. Beaches nearby are definitely worth seeing and exploring. As well it is only a short drive to Hanalei Bay.

Beautiful Villa - Location!!

We loved our stay in Princeville:-) great place - plenty of amenities, including the kitchen. 5 minute walk to a couple beaches. Hideaway beach can b a difficult climb, yet worth it. Hope to be back soon

Dreamy and Beautiful

This was our honeymoon and couldn’t have been a better spot for it. The views are so amazing. Very quiet, no street noise at all, literally amidst a jungle but with amazing views of mountains, Hanalei Bay, and an immediate jungle and golf course. Only wish there was air conditioning and a grill, but neither of those items were a necessity to us. Everything was awesome!

Great location!

We really loved the location of this property and views out the window couldn't be beat. We enjoyed eating out on the deck, looking at the mountains and listening to the birds. There were two beautiful beaches within a ten minute walk and the Queen's Bath was also nearby. They had a good selection of beach equipment as well. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Comfortable, charming villa with great mountain view in Princeville.

This villa was well-equipped and admirably finished and furnished. Best for a couple with two kids. Great views of the mountains from both levels. Everything was well thought-out and documented in advance. There were no surprises, just how I like it. Overall well-maintained with a few items showing their age. Set of books and puzzles in villa was more than nice to have and very appreciated. We left one more puzzle for future occupants. We had a great time there and will remember it.

The view from the balcony is very impressive! This is a very nice area and ideal location on the north side of the island. You also have access to a sweet little hideaway beach right across the street.

We loved this unit in every way. Most importantly the view is amazing off the lanai. The unit is spacious and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There are lots of windows in the master bedroom to enjoy the fresh ocean air.

A week at a little villa

This condo was clean and simply furnished. It is a separate villa overlooking a little valley full of beautiful trees and plants. The ocean and the golf course were visible from the balcony. It was a lovely little spot. It was quite pleasant to have morning coffee on the balcony and watch all the birds. Very comfy beds.

Excellent vacation home, venue, and views

Villa no. 11 of Hanalei Bay Villas was perfect for our needs. The Princeville location assured a more relaxed, slow paced 2 week February vacation, than the more touristy southern section of this wonderful island. The 2 BR villa contained everything needed (except reliable Wi Fi [ the router needed to be reset every 3-4 hours] and a shade for the front door to block vision from the parking lot). The lanais were fantastic for morning coffee and dinners, and the views could not have been more interesting. The area was perfect for walking, and the many beaches around Hanalei made for fine relaxation ( though snorkeling was difficult during our stay because of windy conditions, it made for a surfer's paradise and we enjoyed watching them.) A morning 5 minute walk up to the nearby overlook was especially pleasant and the privacy and quiet afforded by the Villa made our stay enjoyable. It was our second time to Kauai and our second stay at HB Villas and we hope to return.
