Beautifull apartment situated in the truristic place Sabunike, 18 km from Zadar and only 3 km from the royal city of Nin. Nearby there are resturants, stores, bakery, and sand beach just 500 m from the apartment.
Great for family or couples!
Apartment can accomodate 4 guests. It has two bedrooms; one with double bed and second with two single beds. Guests can use private terrace in front of the apartmant as well as one abowe the apartment.
Separate private entrance with key to the apartment. Free parking space, wi fi, bed linen, bathroom towels, tv, satellite, air condition, two terraces, outdoor shower.

Erholsamer und ruhiger Urlaub

Kleine, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter. Supermarkt/BĂ€ckerei/GemĂŒsestand zu Fuß in 5 Min. erreichbar. Zu Fuß in 10 Min. am Sandstrand. Auto empfehlenswert, da etwas außerhalb von Nin.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung mit freundlichen Menschen

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Land verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemĂŒtlich und sehr sauber, mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind Ă€ußerst nette und sympathische Leute. Öfter bekamen wir einfach mal frisches Obst. Auch BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher bekamen wir regelmĂ€ĂŸig frisch. Es hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

sehr saubere Wohnung

Wir haben eine kleine, sehr oderntlich und saubere Wohnung vorgefunden. Das Bett war etwas schmal fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene, aber platzmĂ€ĂŸig ging es auch nicht anders. Die Gastgeber waren Ă€ussert nett, freundlch und darauf bedacht, uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Toller Urlaub.

Ein sehr schönes sauberes Appartment und sehr nette Vermieter. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir durften sogar unsere WĂ€sche da waschen, bekamen regelmĂ€ĂŸig frische BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher. Wir haben sogar frische leckere Tomaten und auch mal einen leckeren frischen Kuchen bekommen. Auch rundherum ist es sehr schön. Nicht weit kann man gut einkaufen, sehr schöne StrĂ€nde dort (sehr zu empfehlen der Königsstrand in Nin), die Stadt Zadar zu erkunden ist ein Muss..... Fazit: wirklich alles Topp! Uns hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir bei den gleichen Vermietern direkt fĂŒr nĂ€chstes Jahr wieder gebucht haben!

Lovely place, great hosts!

We had a fantastic experience in Sabunike. The appartment is nice, functional and well kept. The location is good, close to the beach and some restaurants. The best thing for us were the hosts, a lovely couple. They were so nice and made us feel really welcome. They prepared a nice welcoming package when we arrive at 23:30 to get us through the night and breakfast. Several times we were brought homemade cakes, fresh fruits, toys for our daughter and a bath for her, homemade wine etc. They were always available, very nice with advice and helping out, and so nice with our little daughter. All in all a great experience and we highly recommend the place!
