This beautiful and elegant 5 bedroom, sea front villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Protaras, within walking distance to Fig Tree Bay Beach and all amenities.

The ground floor of the villa has a large, modern, fully equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar. You will also find the living room with a large sofa overlooking the stunning sea views and the dining table.

There is also a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower with a WC.

The living room features a widescreen TV with satellite, and comfortable sofas.

On the first floor, you will find four of the bedrooms. Two bedrooms have a double bed and their own en suite bathroom, each with a shower and WC. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi overlooking the sea. The other two rooms have a double bed and they do share teh family bathroom with a bathtub. shower and a WC.

Outside, the elaborate garden that overlooks the ocean offers a large, private swimming pool, outside dining area seating 8 persons and a barbecue. There is a large lawn area in front of the pool leading down to the pathway that will take you to the beach. The pool can be heated for 100EUR per day and it has also a jacuzzi.
