Rooms were very clean and in good size bathrooms were also very clean in our room. The hairdryer didn’t work just and the only other thing was we had to wait for someone to come to the desk when we checked in because no one was at the desk and we had to wait about 15 minutes However it was a very quiet location and we did enjoy our stay.

Front desk not available, when available was not helpful or accommodating at all. Breakfast had very little to offer and was not refreshed/refilled during rush. The room was comfortable, however getting pillows to use for the pullout was near impossible.

Good price comparing to the whole area

The sheet had flaks of died bug shells, the pool has very very strong chlorine smell, walking in burning my eyes. Heard some kids saying water hurting their eyes. Breakfast bar was out of food. Front desk lady was very busy but very nice and helpful. Room is very spacious, that’s a plus for sure.

When arriving at the property, it didn’t look too bad. The staff is not very welcoming. Felt like they didn’t want to be there. When we got to the room, I went straight to the shower (because we had just left the beach). We booked the room for 5, but only had 4 towels (not really a big deal), then I went into the shower. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall and tilted, so the curtain wouldn’t stay closed, which then soak the bathroom floor. Then I went to put my shampoo and conditioner on the little shelf when I realized
