We have dedicated lounge chairs at the beach, 9' Commercial grade wind resistant beach umbrellas with permounts at the beach and poolside. Sunstone outdoor grill with rotisserie, Kleen Water Premier whole house water filtration and and incredible whole house sound system. You wouldn't want to be anywhere else, except on the quiet beach, relaxing on the back deck, or by the pool. Enjoy walks in the morning, afternoon, or evening with the fabulous sunsets which can be viewed as you relax on the covered patio or on the outdoor deck with a firepit. Our beautiful sunsets are one of a kind and can be viewed by the pool, living room, or from the beach.

Fully furnished, this 6 bedroom (6 king beds, 6.5 bathrooms (7 toilets), 2 indoor showers, 4 outdoor showers, infinity edge pool with ledge loungers and hot tub, open concept living, large sectional couch, manicured gardens, A/C throughout the house, landscape lighting for the evenings, and stepping stones that venture directly to the beach.
There is a state of the art sound system throughout the property, security system, indoor & outdoor dining tables, outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ grill, bar and refrigerator. The property is equipped with six bicycles, a ping pong table, snorkeling equipment, 2 double sit-on-top kayaks, 2 stand-up paddle boards, life jackets, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and toys, a pack n play as well as a extension chair that serves as a high chair for guests bringing little ones, as well as numerous board games, cards and books. Flat screen TV with cable television in all of the bedrooms, Blu-Ray DVD in living room with an extensive assortment of DVD movies. Netflix also available for your enjoyment. Wireless internet access throughout the property and on the beach!

Maybe you are interested in having your own private chef take care of you while you are on holidays. Please ask the property manager about the chefs' contact information. This expense is not included in the rental price.

Maid Service is provided mid stay for one-week visits and is included in your rental. The cleaner will normally arrive around 10.00 a.m. (depending on how busy we are), tidy the house, change bedding and towels and launder house linens and towels. Additional service is available at an additional cost of $250 per day. If you have requested additional maid service, please pay on arrival or via cc at booking time.

Please note: The electricity consumption is monitored. The first $500 are included in the rental. Extra usage will be billed to the guests at the current rate per kilowatt/hour.
