Summary:

Windchaser Villas are the epitome of Caribbean living, blending understated luxury with fantastic facilities and a beautiful location.



The development is comprised of 10 properties of which 3 are part of our vacation rental program and all other properties are private residences.



Bora Villa is a modern 4-bedroom property in the development with a private pool, tropical gardens, and direct access via a private pathway to the white sands and crystal-clear waters of Long Bay Beach.



The Space:

The property also has 2 side suites above the garden view bedrooms providing additional living/office space or an additional sofa bedroom.



In addition, the guest has access to the shared tennis court in the development.

UTILITIES



The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.



All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.



The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.

Amazing Stay

Perfect location and a short walk to a very private beach. House was beautiful and well stocked for comfort. Concierge service is an extra touch that made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to a group of friends or families.

Loved this house!

The house was perfect for our party of 8 adults (4 couples). the house gives just enough space and privacy for couples but also has fun outdoor and indoor spaces big enough for everyone to enjoy being together. The beach is just a 3 minute walk and the water is just beautiful. Would definitely recommend this house to others!

A Perfect Retreat - Highly Recommended!

I recently stayed at Bora Villa with my family and we had an amazing experience! The villa was exactly as described and even better in person. It was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with a semi-private beach just a short walk away. A special thanks to Beverly and Jerry, the hosts of Bora Villa. They were incredibly hospitable and made us feel right at home. They were always available to answer any questions and provided great recommendations for local activities and dining options. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay at Bora Villa. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Quick walk to quiet beach and lots of space!

First time staying at this property, but eighth or ninth trip to the island! Villa was larger than expected in terms of room size- definitely a plus! Very private and each room/private bathroom was situated well to avoid excess noise. You could have 3 separate small families stay here comfortably. Adults in bedrooms and kids on pull out couches in the two other villas. It’s broken up with “main villa” and two other private ones all within the one home. Plenty of beach towels- just plan on doing laundry- which is in the house. About 10 minutes from Grace Bay- we always rent a car and know the island well so totally works for us. Private(ish) beach is a 4-5 minute walk down a path separate from the public beach path. Neighborhood seemed safe- a patrol car was on the road outside the Villa community almost every night. Very clean. Plenty of parking.

Rum Punch & Island Bliss

This vacation to Provo was one to remember! My husband and I always plan one trip per year with our two boys. This year, we included our oldest son's girlfriend and our two nieces. Ages for those five ranged from 16 to 23. The property at Bora Villa was AMAZING! The TKCA group was a dream to work with. Before our travels even began, questions and emails were answered promptly. The group was easy to reach by phone and our calls were always answered without having to leave a message. We were met at the villa upon arrival by a friendly and very professional representative. The property was spotless, accommodations exceeded our expectations and the pool and grounds were maintained to the highest standards.The access to a what felt like our own private beach was an easy walk that took only minutes. Chairs with a "Reserved for Bora Villa" sign awaited us. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items to prepare meals. As for our excursions, we snorkeled, rented jet skis, enjoyed wonderful food, and took a clear bottom kayak excursion through the mangroves. The kayak tour was so informative, with lots to see. We ended each day with card games in the spacious living room area, and then happily retired to our comfortable beds! The food and beverages provided by the local restaurants were wonderful! Thank you for making our experience so lovely and sharing your island and culture with us. Memories to treasure.

Perfect House for a Perfect Vacation

The Bora Villa is simply gorgeous, in a quiet gated community. Privacy This villa is lack of nothing! I stayed with my family of 9 and we had more than enough space. The view from the balcony is peaceful. Our children enjoyed the pool, they are swimmers, the pool is 5ft deep. The location is great, about 15mins from all the excursions we booked. The kitchen was fully equipped for the chef we hired. The Staff is very friendly and respond quickly. Ann, Beverly and the wonderful lady that met us on arrival that gave us a tour of house are wonderful. The villa was also fully stacked with towels and linens. All in all we had a grand time.

Everything was lovely--location, cleanliness, amenities, kitchen appliances and accessories. What would have been very helpful is a house/villa guide or booklet with details of the villa. Useful information includes how to use and log in to the tv, making local phone calls, garbage and recycle pickup days, safe instructions, gate information, pool and cabana lights on/off switches, and how to play music through the speakers.

I loved this villa!

We booked the Bora villa for a girls’ trip and I am so glad we did! The ladies in the concierge office were so helpful in answering any questions I had while booking as well as while I was visiting. The house is GORGEOUS and modern, all of the ladies who traveled with me were really impressed and loved the villa to. The views, private pool and comfy beds were pretty amazing. The bathrooms were really nice to - and with there being 7 of us ladies the 5 bathrooms made it really easy for us all to get dressed and do makeup and all that. I could go on and one but I’ll stop here and say this: if you’re planning to visit Providenciales, BOOK THIS VILLA! Nothing it was fantastic!

The space was clean, the air conditioner worked, everything was labeled & easy to figure out. There was enough beach towels for all of us & there were beach chairs out on the beach. Kitchen was equipped with enough to make full meals. Amazing villa. We fully enjoyed our stay. Heated pool would have been nice to enjoy the pool. And the gate code on the welcome email was not the correct one (however the QR code in unit had the correct one so it was easily figured out )
