The Space:

This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa in Providenciales sleeps 10 and sits right on Chalk Sound Creek, where you'll watch the sun set over turquoise lagoons from your private infinity pool every evening. It's the kind of place where families and friend groups spread out comfortably, cook together in a chef-ready kitchen, and spend lazy afternoons floating between the pool and the water's edge.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

All five bedrooms give everyone their own space to recharge.

- The main-floor king suite opens directly to the pool deck and has its own bathroom — step outside for a morning swim before anyone else is awake.

- Upstairs, two queen bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms; one opens to a balcony overlooking the pool and Chalk Sound beyond.

- A fourth bedroom with two twin beds is great for kids or friends who don't mind sharing.

- The fifth bedroom has a double bed.

There's also a half bath for convenience during the day.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living area wraps around an L-shaped leather sofa facing floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the lagoon and those famous sunsets. There's a large smart TV for movie nights, and upstairs you'll find a second sitting area with another TV — helpful when half the group wants to watch something different. The kitchen is fully outfitted with granite counters, high-end appliances, a dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. A breakfast bar with three stools keeps the cook company, and there's a second bar for cocktails. You have two dining options: a casual table for six between the kitchen and bar, and a more formal dining room that seats six with pool and lagoon views.



Outdoor Amenities

The infinity pool stretches toward Chalk Sound, surrounded by sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Stairs lead down a grassy slope to a lower deck right at the lagoon's edge, where you can sit under an umbrella with a drink and take in the water from every angle. It's walking distance to the Chalk Sound Observation Deck and a short drive to Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay, two of the island's best beaches.



Good To Know

You'll have fast Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit laundry to pack light. Free parking is available in the shared driveway. The villa is in a quiet national park area, so you'll need a car to reach restaurants, beaches, and Grace Bay — it's about 20–25 minutes to the main hub. Las Brisas Restaurant is just over two miles away. The host greets you on arrival and is known for being responsive and welcoming throughout your stay.

Guests have free parking on the premises in the event you are renting a car, which is highly recommended, especially if you like to get out and explore and want to see more of the gorgeous island of Providenciales. A car is optimal as there is no organized public transportation on the islands. We suggest Swift, Hertz, Avis, and Grace Bay Car Rentals as good options for car rental.

Please note that all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Sometimes you’ll find some basic condiments left there, like some cooking oil, salt, pepper, etc., so If you plan to cook at home, it’s best to check first and see what you'll need to purchase.



We provide some essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like toilet paper and soap, but for anything else you need, you’ll need to pack or purchase it.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Turks and Caicos is going through a decrease in the water supply. This means that the water pressure can sometimes be affected when the reservoir levels are low. Water shortages can happen throughout the day.



HOUSE RULES

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests must inform us of their expected time of arrival and departure at least 24 hours prior.
